  1. Krav på typ av produkt innan kontrakt kan signeras

    Skulle underlätta och minska fel ifall man som admin kunde välja att kontrakt inte kan signeras ifall säljaren missat att välja vilken produkt kontraktet avser. (T.ex. vilken kyl-modell som är utlånad.)

  2. Mejla ut mediapresentationer/bilder I JPG-Format

    Efterfrågat att mediapresentationer/bilder kan skickas ut till kund i JPG format. I dagsläget när man mejlar ut presentationer och/eller bilder externt kommer den per automatik skickas ut som PDF.

  5. Möjlighet att radera bilder i besök

    Önskar kunna radera bilder via Striker som t.ex. hamnat på fel besök, eller ifall man råkat lägga upp fel bild.

  6. Förvirring med "sec" och "krt" på produktenheter. Striker vs. Officer

    När säljarens enhet är inställd på Engelska blir det förvirring när administratör kollar på ordern i Officer.
    Förkortningen "krt" står då som "sec", vilket är den engelska översättningen. Det skulle vara bra om språket på orderraderna följde språket i Officer.

  7. Mappar

    Jag önskar mappar i Genero lika som i Officepaketet. Då kan vi skapa mappar benämning ex: Produkfaktablad, etc etc för att enklare hitta den typen av information.

    Besöksmallar ska finnas sparade kopplat till användare även om man loggar ut/in i Striker.

  9. Kunna kategorisera kontakter hos kund

    För att underlätta hanteringen av konakter skulle vi vilja ha ett en möjlighet att skapa kategorier för varje kontakt. Det blir som två olika nivåer på kontakten som idag (avdelning och roll) men att den ena är låst med fasta fält som backoffice definerat. Det blir betydligt lättare att då filtrera kunderna för att göra utskick till exempel.
    Önskar att kunna skapa mins 10 kategorier per säljkår för kontakterna.

  10. Connect contact to appointment

    The salesreps has several contacts connected to a larger store at different departments. When they book appointments with a contact, they would like to be able to connect the contact to the appointment.

  12. Möjlighet att själv kunna flytta/sortera i marknadsfrågor

    Har jämfört marknadsfrågorna i Genero med andra uppgiftsappar. Det finns appar där man kan placera fingret på uppgiften och själv byta plats på den i listan. En fundering är om det skulle kunna gå att göra något liknande med Genero, inne på butiksbesöken. Att säljaren själv kan sätta fingret på en marknadsfråga och sortera sin egen lista efter fokus och prioritet.
    Det skulle underlätta för de som har många marknadsfrågor av olika typ/kategori.

  13. Aviseringar för admin Backoffice (Image/social)

    Önskar funktion för att Admin ska få notifiering/aviseringar backoffice (specifikt för image social funktionen) om en Admin kommentar en bild som säljare ex. fotat i butik och säljaren svarar med kommentar till admin tillbaka. I dagsläget fåt admin ingen form av notis om tidigare kommentar blivit besvarad.

  15. Sales rep name in subject when emailing wholesaler copies

    When sending wholesaler copies by email it would be great if it through system settings would be possible to automatically include the name of the sales rep in the subject of the email

  16. Fotofråge med text

    Hei,
    selgerne skull gjerne hatt mulighet til å legge inn text/ kommentarer direkt på fotofråge, som man til ex. kan gjøre med foto-redigering på mobiltelefon.

    Blir en utmaning når man har foto-fråger til flere uppdragsgivere i en og samme syklus.

  17. Fält för EAN- kod (GTIN KFP) när man öppnar en orderrad i Striker.

    När man lägger en order i Striker och öppnar en av orderraderna (produkterna) man lagt in skulle det vara bra om det fanns ett fält för EAN-kod.
    dvs. GTIN KFP.

  20. Besökstyp - tvingande

    Jag skulle önska att kunna sätta vissa fält tvingande, ex. att en säljare inte kan "stänga besöket" innan dess att den valt besökstyp.
