Expand search capabilities: Allow searching across all data fields
Currently, the search functionality across the system is too restricted. We need a general improvement that allows us to search for all available data points wherever a search bar is present.
Specifically, we need these enhancements:
Customer Search: It must be possible to search by GLN (Global Location Number) and within all free-text fields. Additionally, we need the ability to filter customers by all existing criteria, rather than just a limited selection.
Product Search: The search needs to include free-text fields as well, so we can easily search for specific attributes like a "Tray SKU".

UX and efficiency improvements for the Article Matrix
We are experiencing several usability issues in the Article Matrix / Chain view that slow down our daily workflow. We request the following improvements:
Bulk editing for entire rows: Currently, we cannot edit an entire row within the chains. For example, when listing an article for a overarching chain, we need the ability to select/mark all underlying regions at once and apply a specific status (e.g., entering an "S"). While this can be done within the individual article settings, a bulk row-edit in the matrix is highly necessary.
Scrolling sensitivity: The scrolling speed on this page is far too fast.…

Add "Active Listings Only" filter to the Article Matrix
Currently, when viewing the article matrix and filtering for a specific chain or customer, the system displays all available SKUs in the database. This includes SKUs that are not actually listed for the selected chain, which creates an overcrowded and confusing view.
We request a new filter or toggle within the article matrix to "only show active listings." When applied, the matrix should hide all non-listed products and only display the specific SKUs that have a valid listing for the selected chain.
Having this specific filter would significantly improve visibility and make managing chain-specific assortments much more efficient.

Bulk search functionality for multiple SKUs via Copy & Paste
Currently, it is not possible to search for multiple SKUs at the same time in the system. Searching for items one by one is highly inefficient, especially when managing and updating listings.
We request a feature that allows the search field to process multiple SKUs simultaneously. Users should be able to simply copy and paste a list of SKUs (e.g., separated by commas or line breaks) directly into the search bar. The system should then return all corresponding items in the result list at once.
Enabling a bulk search via copy & paste would significantly reduce manual effort and speed…

More columns in product list
When in the product list it would be great if both "Moms" and "Image URL" would be selectable in the menu at "Select columns"
Also the Image URL would be good to have included as a column when exporting to Excel2 votes -

Be able to lock Tags, so the salesreps can't create new tag.

Exporting images in Officer
When exporting images from the image gallery in Officer to a PowerPoint, the images are very small even if you choose 1x1. Is it possible to get larger images in the export?

Filter Product group in Image
Be able to choose a productgroup in Genero Striker when upload a picture on the visit. And also, as a supplier, be able to filter productgroup in Officer.

Document Search
The possibility of being able to view, search, and filter on all documents in one centralized place.
At the moment, documents are only accessible under the "Documents" tab on each individual customer, which can be time-consuming when trying to locate specific files. It would be much more efficient to have a central view where all documents across customers can be listed, searched, and filtered.

Delete media warning more informative
When clicking delete inside a media presentation it would be good to get a more clear warning that you are about to delete the entire presentation, not just a slide in it.

Priority filer in appointment budgets
When creating an appointment budget it would be nice to freely be able to select what customer priorities should be included in the budget.
As it is now you are limited to the fixed budget types with set priorities.2 votes -
EventType "Påminnelse" i Kalenderhändelser
Önskar att kunna lägga till fler "EventTypes" i Kalenderhändelser.

Order message from Stockfiller
The ability to receive an order message in Officer when an order is deleted via Stockfiller.

Search function for products in the pricelist.
The ability to search for products in the pricelist. Currently you can only browse the pages and not search for a specific product. Which can be difficult if you have several products in a price list.
