Make it possible on campaign level to make an question, ordertemplet or distribution get an emty checkbox on every new appointment. Today already answered questions do have a checkmark when entering the visit via an new appointment. You can via a systemsetting adjust this to make the checkmark dissappear on every new visit - but only for the whole salesforce on all campaigns with marketquestions.

You should also be able to choose if you can see the previous answer or not when answering the new question in the new appointment.
