Anpassa FRITT FÄLT samt användar def. fält per säljkår
Möjlighet att kunna anpassa fria fält samt användardefinierade fält på säljkårs nivå. Exempelvis via en systeminställning där man kan begränsa vilka fält som ska bli för kunderna på en säljkår. Jobbar man med flera säljkårer kan behovet se annorlunda ut för vilken info på kundkortet som är aktuell baserat på kunder/säljkår.

Mass-disconnected customer from one specific customer group
Would like to have the option through customer search to disconnect customer from one customer group. I suggested a mass-disconnect option. The same as “add customers to new customer group” – just the other way around.

How can the sales reps see comments they made in the last visit, when they do next visit
My Salesreps make notes in all visits, and they would like to have this as a reminder in the next visit to the same store. Why is it necessary to book this in the to do column.?

A way to categorize appointments in "Telesälj"
A way to categorize appointments in "Telesälj", (besides by time). I want to be able to color code or something similar for important calls, new customers, and those I can call when time permits

Purchaser availability for optimal routeplanning.
Upgrade "Purchaser" to mark 3-4 timeblock / day suitable for visits. Use that info when planning a visit. I.E. "only 2 of 3 of you purchasers are availabel that time you plan your visit. Is that ok? Yes/no. Etc. Effect: Better planning and visit performance!

Control the possibility to set the appointment type on appointment
The backoffice wants to be able to control users to only be able to set the appointment type on an appointment once they have booked an upcoming appointment with the customer.
