Retur mail från Genero
Hello! När man skickar mail via genero till kunderna kan dom ej besvara med vändande mail. Går det att fixa på något sätt eller går det lägga in info om det i de mail vi skickar?
Kunderna jag pratat med säger att dom kunnat och gjort vändande mail, men jag har inte fått dom.
Känns som att det brister i kommunikationen mellan oss och kund som det är i dagsläget. Självklart kan jag själv skriva till att det ej går besvara, men vore smidigt om det låg inne som ordinarie text.9 votes -

Would like to see which user uploaded and modified presentation. Date created/modified and time stamp would be useful too.

Varning om bokning går utanför besöksdag
Vi önskar att få in varningar när man bokar i kalendern om det är så att dagen man bokar inte är den upplagda besöksdagen på kundkortet.
1 voteDetta är löst genom att man använder besöksdagsfiltret i planeringen. Då får man inte upp kunder som inte har rätt besöksdag.

Possibility to add meetings in calendar for all sales force at once
There are some occasions when it would come in handy to have possibility for back office to add meetings to sales reps calendars. For example: Calendar doesn't have information on bank holidays, sales reps need to add reminders to their calendars one by one. Or, company will organize meetings for all employees, sales conferences, trainings, etc. and sales reps need to add reminders of them also. So that they know not to book meetings with customers at that time. Instead, someone from the office could do those reminders in Officer for all sales force / all sales forces at once.

Ordersearch: Multiselect on Sales Force
When order data is to be analyzed it is possible to search for orders via filter (eg order date from / to and supplier) and then export data to Excel for further analysis / processing.
Desirably, it is possible to choose 2 sales forces in the salesforce filter. by adding multiselect in this filter

When you export refund orders to Excel, it would be great if the invoice adress will be included in the file.

separera filterinställningarna i de olika vyerna. tex vill du vid distributionsmätning bara visa artiklar med listningskod, men när det gäller ordervn vill du se samtliga produkte hos grossist. valet du gör i de olika vyerna följer med och det anser jag inte är optimalt

Being able to see customers article number and listing at the same time (and being able to edit both).
Being able to click on an article to come directly to article information.
