Document Search
The possibility of being able to view, search, and filter on all documents in one centralized place.
At the moment, documents are only accessible under the "Documents" tab on each individual customer, which can be time-consuming when trying to locate specific files. It would be much more efficient to have a central view where all documents across customers can be listed, searched, and filtered.
