Sales reps would like an easy way to see customers not visited at all
Now they can see how many visits are left. But to know if they have not visited yet a customer AT ALL, there is no way to know that. You'd need to remember the amount of visits to figure it out. For example, show how many visits is done / how many is budgeted?

There is a system setting that you can apply so that not visited filter vwill filter out customer that is not visited at all. There is also work undergoing och having both filteroptions to shoose from.
