This is a critical functionality for us.
We have recently moved our entire prospecting and hunting process into Genero Striker, with approximately 6,000 prospects and a continuous inflow of new potential customers.
Our sales reps need to be able to assign customers to the correct customer group directly when creating them, and update that classification as needed.
Having to manage this separately through backoffice creates unnecessary administration, delays and a risk of incorrect customer data.
The whole purpose of moving this process into Striker is to create one efficient workflow where our sales reps can manage everything themselves.
Considering that this request has been open since 2020, I would strongly encourage Genero to reconsider its priority. For us, this is essential functionality rather than a nice-to-have.

Big request from our sales department - and me as administrator. It's important to attach a customer group when setting up a new customer - and also be able to change existing group from one to another group (in case it was wrong).
