Refound copy to customer when approved from backoffice
When refound orders are approved from backoffice, the copy is being email out to the customer.
That way we can avoid sending refound copies to customer before it has been approved and when we know that the customer is getting their money.

Some reps would like to leave a copy of the preliminary refound as well. Is this something your reps would want?

Yes, they do. But then you want the copy to say that, that it is a preliminary refund, so the customer knows that. Then when the refund is approved the "real" copy is being send to the customer.
