Be able to sort the contacts in alphabetic order in Striker, so it will be easier to find the right one.

Jag skulle vilja se i butikslistan vilka kunder man har planerat i sitt körschema. Som det är nu får man titta både framåt o tillbaks om den kunden är planerad eller inte

Sökning
Eftersom ofta planerar fler besök i samma stad, vore en sökparameter vara ort, när man skall fylla kalendern med besök

- Skriv in ortsnsmnet i sökfältet 1:a gången, nästa gång är detta sparat som sökning.
- Gruppera på ort. Alla butiker på samma ort visas tillsammans.

Add possibility to get driving directions and route optimization to one or more customers.

Possibility to choose email address when sending order/refund-copy from the order history
When sending a copy from the order history in Striker you don't get the option of choosing which e-mail address the copy should go to (the copy is sent directly to the "main" e-mail address in the customer card).
It would be desirable if an option was given to both change e-mail and also input a CC-address in the same manner as when you first created the order.

Be able to send order / refund copy again to customer from order history
Sometimes customers ask order or refund copies from past since they have lost the one they got when order/refund was done. It is possible send them from Officer but not from Striker, which is sales rep main tool. This would essentially improve and make work process more efficient when it could be done from Striker.

Add possibility to sort "planned visits" in customer list
Now there is possibility to see "visited" and "not visited" or "all". Sales reps would like to be able to easily see, if they have planned enough visits for the most important stores.

Drag and Drop in the calendar would be a great way to move booked appointments (alt planned appointments)

Copy to the customer
Be able to choose if you want to replace the email on the customer when you choose another recipient for the ordercopy. So if you wants to send a copy to your self, you choose you own email and don´t want you email to be the customers email, you can turn this function off.

Filtrera ToDo-listan på utfört/ej utfört
Säljare/Konsulenter som har mycket i sin ToDo-lista på varje besök skulle vara hjälpta om man kunde filtrera bort de utförda uppgifterna(gröna bockar).

Appointment history in the customer-list
Customer would like to see customer appointment history in the customer-list instead of having to search for it separately.
